The guides summarize attributed baking references. The converters use explicit ingredient-weight records or standard geometric formulas. Source links are provided where those references affect an answer.
We do not claim to have tested these recipes, ingredients, or techniques in a kitchen. Named publishers' experiments remain their experiments. We do not display invented chef credentials, ratings, testimonials, or reviewer identities.
Images are illustrations
The homepage and guide images are AI-generated illustrations. They are labeled beside the images and are not photographs of tested recipes. Illustrations do not establish expected texture, doneness, or the result of a baking experiment.
Recipe guidance comes first
A recipe's own gram weights, ingredient preparation, and method take priority over a generic conversion. Where published conventions differ, the tools identify them instead of presenting one as universal.
Editorial responsibility and corrections
AI assists with research, drafting, and illustrations. Source synthesis is kept separate from kitchen testing. The corrections process explains how reported errors and material changes are handled.
Data and advertising
The calculators run in your browser. They do not send ingredient amounts or checklist selections to a server. There are no visitor accounts or email collection. The production site has the Google AdSense script installed. Optional analytics on the production domain loads only after consent; the privacy notice explains the controls.
